I​​ have a BFA in studio art from Illinois Wesleyan University. My preferred medium is

acrylic paint on canvas. ​

This collection of pet portraits has been such a 

joy to create! Some of the paintings were created

following the pet's death. All are created with

consideration of the animal's personality.

My goal is to have the painting represent the

love between animal and owner and to capture

the unique spirit of each animal.

I work from photographs either supplied by the

pet owner or taken by myself.​​
